it is usually assumed that devil kingdom produces bad fruits, but the babble says that yhwh can send a powerful delusion i.e satan can tell people to love each other on condition that people worship satan
so in this situation satan is peace preacher but in his guile and trickery he ask for act worse than murder and that is worship of him.
there have been pagan religions which have preached peace, love and harmony and at the same time worship of satan.
