I have some questions.
A. Who is ibn hazm?
B. If darwins theory of evolution is false then why is it still being taught and its terms are still being used?
C. Imagine in the future, a caliphate united the ummah and eventually the entirety of humanity either through peaceful means or through the sword or even the combination of the two. How do you imagine the caliphate to look like? In other wprds, whats ypur idea of a caliphate in a sci fi setting.

A. He was a brilliant scholar, famous for his critiques of the Bible.
B. Something can be false and yet be taught. The myth of “Junk DNA” (look it up) was taught for a long time too, but it was eventually shown to be wrong. The problem with Darwinian evolution is the lack of evidence for speciation, where a new species arises from previous ones through mutations.
C. No idea. I imagine it would be a golden age. InshaAllah, it will happen soon.

Hey dude. I have some questions regarding some hadiths.
A. What is the most strongest opinion on the interpretation of the religious commitment and reason of women hadith:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went out to the musalla (prayer place) on the day of Eid al-Adha or Eid al-Fitr. He passed by the women and said, ‘O women! Give charity, for I have seen that you form the majority of the people of Hell.’ They asked, ‘Why is that, O Messenger of Allah?’ He replied, ‘You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religious commitment than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you.’ The women asked, ‘O Messenger of Allah, what is deficient in our intelligence and religious commitment?’ He said, ‘Is not the testimony of two women equal to the testimony of one man?’ They said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘This is the deficiency in her intelligence. Is it not true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?’ The women said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘This is the deficiency in her religious commitment.’”
(Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 304)
B. Also what is the most correct opinion regarding this hadith:
“It was narrated that Abu Bakrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: When the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) heard that the people of Persia had appointed the daughter of Chosroes as their ruler, he said: “No people will ever prosper who appoint a woman in charge of their affairs.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari (4425). “

I thought i should elaborate that ik a brother did provide articles that collectively explain the hadith in the first part but im just curious as to the most correct opinion that is held by the earliest scholars and the early salaf. Also with regards to the second hadith, the reason its causing me doubts is that there have been a alot of women who are great leaders of nations, btw these arent special exceptions. Dont try to sugarcoat anything, if its the interpretation that is abit controversial and its the most strongest opinion, then ill follow that view.
