As-salaam alaikum! Here is the first part of the video summary on my article “Prophet of “Sensuality” and “Inconsistency”? Refuting Sam Shamoun’s Incompetence and Deception”. In the first part, I expose Shamoun’s sloppy and selective research in criticizing Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) for keeping Maria the Copt as a concubine and his appeal to an alleged “scandalous” incident involving Maria and Hafsa (the Prophet’s wife). Included in the video are the Biblical views on concubinage (hint: it was lawful) and the historical views of Christians on the institution (hint: in some cases, Christians allowed concubinage).
