It seems many Catholics and Protestants at least have this much in common: they both are extremely embarrassed by the laws of the Tanakh and have disavowed them. I wonder how Yahweh feels about that. 🤔

You would think that, but no, according to this heretic.

never once did yhwh say that stoning was of idol worshipper was imperfect , he said that these laws were righteous and NO OTHER nation has laws as good as these.

why israel have a problem with idolatry , because it convinced itself that gods laws are “imperfect” and keeping idol worshipper alive is better than killing him so that he can let his idolatry bleed into the hearts of other jews, yet yhwh, “god of law” tells them to come back to his “righteous laws which no other nation has”

“what came from God was the ten commandments”
-Not take the LORD’s name in vain.
-Remember the sabbath day.
unless this apologist also follows those commandments the issue of throwing God’s law under the bus still remains even with the standards they gave.

David wood , like monkey coco from blogging theology said that stabbing to death pregnant women was justified because the non-jews saw the miracles of yhwh.
my question is, why would moses or jebusyhwh tell the jews the following:
Deuteronomy 6:6-7 ICB
Always remember these commands I give you today. Teach them to your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and walk along the road. Talk about them when you lie down and when you get up.

The topic of the debate was not whether violence was justified but whether Christianity or Islam are violent. Dead Wood clearly proved that Christianity justifies violence. Hence, it is a violent religion. And this is not the good kind of violence (fighting against oppressors).
